     The Out of This World campaign, created by El Autobus for the Uplight Group, takes the art of illumination to the next level
with unique European designs adapted to the American market. “Our objective was to capture the attention of public, architects and interior designers by creating ads with designs that literally seem
to be from another planet,” said Sandra Weisinger, creative director for El Autobus.

We wanted to spark creativity and imagination by making these giant designs serve as the focal point—in a sense, the protagonists of our ads.

With so much creativity at multicultural agencies, now is time to puncture culture bubbles, avoid “general market” siloes, expand the consideration of agency partners, and embrace the true cultural diversity of America. Reality demands that brands have an acute understanding of the growing multicultural majority, and multicultural agencies possess the comprehensive expertise to create truly relevant messages and reach broad- based diverse audiences with work that is original, authentic and impactful.
